Result of General Meeting

Vatukoula announces that the Special Resolution proposed at the General Meeting of the Company held today, 23 June 2014, was duly passed.

As previously announced, the Special Resolution was regarding a proposal to cancel the admission of the Company's Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM (the "Delisting"), which was considered and passed. Consequently, it is expected that the Delisting will become effective from 7:00 a.m. on 1 July 2014. Shareholders should note that 30 June 2014 will be the last day of dealing in Ordinary Shares of the Company on AIM.
