    Transaction in own shares

    The Company announces that pursuant to the authority granted by its Board at a meeting held on 9 September 2008 Visual Defence purchased
250,000 common shares of no par value ("Common Shares") (representing approximately 0.37 per cent. of the Common Shares in issue) on 14
October 2008 at a price of 7.5 pence per Common Share for cancellation.

    Following the purchase and cancellation of such Common Shares, the number of Common Shares in issue is 66,546,095.
