2waytraffic N.V. ("2waytraffic" or the "Company"), announces that it has issued
224,839 shares to satisfy the exercise  of options granted to M-Capital Limited
at the time of the Company's Admission to AIM in April 2006.

Application has been made for the 212,438 ordinary shares of EUR 0.01 each in
the Company to be admitted to listing on  the London Stock Exchange's AIM
market.  It is expected that dealings will commence on 1 May 2007. Following
admission  of these shares to listing, 2waytraffic will have 93,209,753 ordinary
shares in issue and admitted to listing.
