Havas Advertising update on Tempus offer

Following the counter-bid by WPP and recent speculation concerning Havas
Advertising's reaction, Havas Advertising wishes to make it clear that it is
currently considering its position with its advisers. The Group has not given
any indication of a revised offer and, if so, at what level this could be.
