    Touchstone Group plc ('Touchstone' or the 'Group')
    AGM Statement
    At the Company's Annual General Meeting held today at 11am, David Thompson, Chairman of Touchstone Group plc, the AIM quoted provider of
business software solutions and consultancy services, gave the following update:
    "Earlier this year, the Group indicated that it would start to review options that could lead to an improvement in overall shareholder
value. The Board can confirm that it has recently appointed advisors to assist in various aspects of this review.
    As regards current trading, overall performance continues to be mixed with some divisions and sectors faring better than others. The
on-going costs of developing Group-owned specialist market solutions have helped to strengthen sales pipelines which, coupled with improving
order books, should benefit a stronger second half.  
    The Board is also mindful of the wider economic situation and is monitoring Group-wide overheads to ensure that they are appropriate to
any change in future business levels."
