Third Quad Capital Plc, an AIM listed UK based business with a software division 
and an FSA authorised and regulated securities division, announces that the 
Board has today granted the following options over ordinary 0.01 pence shares in 
the Company to directors of the Company, at an option price of 0.75p: 
Andrew Monk 
       8,000,000 options 
Peter Joy 
          20,000,000 options 
The options are exercisable at any time after 21 September 2013 but before 21 
September 2020. 
The Board has also granted options over a further 13,000,000 shares, on broadly 
similar terms, to employees of the Group.
