As a result of the transfer of the business of the Wigmore Street office of HLB 
Vantis Audit Plc to RSM Tenon Audit Limited the Directors of Touch wish to 
announce the appointment of RSM Tenon Audit Limited as auditors to the Company 
with immediate effect. 
 
Accordingly, RSM Tenon Audit Limited will first report on the Financial 
Statements in respect of the fifteen months ending 31 March 2010.
