appointed the Company's Chief Financial Officer with effect from 31st July 2009. 
 
 
Stuart is already a Director of the Company and currently heads the Online 
Division, which he will continue to manage.This coupled with his proven 
expertise in publishing and great knowledge of both the energy sector and the 
pharmaceutical sector, which are the marketplaces of our Company, makes him an 
outstanding choice. 
 
 
Stuart was previously a partner with Arthur Andersen, and following on from that 
he became an audit partner with Deloitte & Co. His deep understanding of our 
Company and all round financial expertise and knowledge of the marketplace will
