    Change of Name to Ebiquity plc

    At the recent preliminary results it was announced that the year to 30 April 2008 had been a year of significant change. As a result the
Company has returned to its core strengths by rebuilding strong recurring revenue streams and increasing the number of media and marketing
analytics services and products it provides to its customers. 

    The Company is now stronger and more focused with good prospects for future growth and now plans to reflect its strong market position
and exciting potential with the introduction of a new name. 

    In order to action the change of name a special resolution must be passed at a general meeting of the Company and accordingly a
resolution to change the name to Ebiquity plc will be put to shareholders at the forthcoming AGM in September 2008.

    Michael Greenlees, CEO, said:

    "2008 has been a year of fundamental change. The new name, Ebiquity plc, will differentiate us from the plethora of media businesses
that utilise the Thomson name and reflect better the future direction of our Company. It is a name that will allow us to build a growing and
uniquely attributable share of mind within the media community."
