TGI plc - Notifiable Interest

The Company has been notified today that following a recent sale of 1,000,000
shares, M&G Group Limited, M&G Investment Management Limited and M&G Limited
now have an interest in 1,130,000 Ordinary shares which represents 5.2 per
cent of the issued share capital of TGI plc, but is no longer classed as a
notifiable interest as these shares are held non-beneficially within the M&G
Group.


Certain companies within Prudential plc continue to have a beneficial interest
in 690,201 Ordinary shares which represents 3.2 per cent of the issued share
capital of TGI plc.
