    Change of Significant Shareholdings

    Tianshan Goldfields Limited ("the Company") has announced on the ASX that on 18 June 2008, FMR LLC and FIL Limited acquired, in
aggregate, 100,000 ordinary shares of no par value in the share capital of the Company (each an "Ordinary Share"). 

    FMR LLC and FIL Limited now hold, in aggregate, 12,842,112 Ordinary Shares (a holding of 4.79% of the issued Ordinary Shares).
