    CHANGE OF INTEREST IN COPPERCO AND TIANSHAN


    Mineral Securities Limited ("Minsec") advises that it has filed an ASIC Form 604 with CopperCo Limited ("CopperCo") and Tianshan
Goldfields Limited ("Tianshan"). The Form was necessitated following the issue of shares by CopperCo and Tianshan upon the exercise of
options Minsec's interest is 18.02% and 25.48% respectively. The Forms may be viewed on the websites of Minsec and ASX
