    Tianshan Goldfields Limited ("the Company") has been notified that on 27 June 2008, Macquarie Group Limited acquired 8,228,333 ordinary
shares of no par value in the share capital of the Company. 

    Macquarie Group Limited now holds 21,478,181 Ordinary Shares (a holding of 8.67% of the issued Ordinary Shares).
