                                Issue of Equity


Following shareholder approval at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the
Company on 15 February 2007 (the "EGM") the Company confirms that it has now
issued 3,000,000 ordinary shares (the "Second Tranche Placing Shares") at
50cents to certain participants of the placing which was announced to the market
on 9 November 2007. As announced at that time, the Company had undertaken a
placing to place 31,000,000 ordinary shares at 50cents of which 28,000,000
ordinary shares were issued on or around 16 November 2007. The remaining
3,000,000 ordinary shares were to be issued once shareholder approval in the EGM
had been obtained (pursuant to the requirements of the ASX Listing Rules). The
Second Tranche Placing Shares represents that outstanding balance.



Application has been made to admit the Second Tranche Placing Shares to trading
on AIM, and dealings in the Second Tranche Placing Shares are expected to
commence on 4 March 2008.



Following the issue of the Second Tranche Placing Shares the total number of
ordinary shares of the Company in issue is 247,517,597 ordinary shares.
