Result of AGM

The Board of Trans Balkan Investments Limited announces that at the Annual General Meeting held today all the resolutions were passed including the resolution proposed to approve the cancellation of admission of the Company's ordinary shares to trading on AIM which was duly passed by more than 75 per cent. of the votes cast at the Meeting.

Following this approval, trading in the Ordinary Shares on AIM will be cancelled from 7.00 a.m. on 23 March 2011.

On the cancellation of admission, Collins Stewart will cease to be nominated adviser and broker to the Company and Peel Hunt will cease to be broker to the Company.
