        Filing of the Commencement of Corporate Reorganization Procedures 
 
On September 28, 2010, the board of directors of Takefuji Corporation ("the 
Company") has resolved for the Company to file a petition for commencement of 
corporate reorganization procedures under Japanese Corporate Reorganization Act 
(the "Reorganization Act"). The Company filed the said petition with the Tokyo 
District Court (the "Court"). The filing was submitted to the Court on the same 
date and the Court promptly issued orders of the provisional administration, the 
comprehensive prohibition of execution, the temporary restraining and the 
examination. 
 
The Company will continue to operate its business under the supervision of the 
Court and in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Reorganization 
Act.
