Resignation of director 
 
With much regret, the Company has today accepted the resignation from the Board 
of Patrick Seely, who has stepped down for reasons of a family illness, 
effective from today. 
 
Having previously served as a director of SPARK VCT 3 plc, Patrick became a 
director of the Company upon completion of the merger in November 2008. The 
Board would like to express their thanks for his valuable contribution to the 
affairs of SPARK VCT 2 plc during his time as a director.
