Cancellation of Warrants

Strathdon Investments plc, (AIM: STV) announces that the final exercise date for the outstanding warrants (the "Warrants") issued by the Company, which are currently admitted to trading on AIM, has now passed.

Accordingly, with effect from 07:00 on 16 November 2011, the Warrants' admission to trading on AIM will be cancelled.
