The board of Strontium, the AIM quoted consultancy specialising in the 
identification and development of high growth potential SMEs, announces that, 
on 26 April 2011, it was informed that Colin Brumpton, a director of the 
Company, on the same date purchased 27,290 ordinary shares in the Company at a 
price of 3.5 pence per share and 71,523 ordinary shares in the Company at a 
price of 3 pence per share. 
 
Following this transaction, Mr Brumpton has a beneficial interest in 2,440,962 
ordinary shares representing approximately 17.95 per cent. of the issued share 
capital and total voting rights of the Company. 
 
The issued share capital of the Company comprises 13,595,684 ordinary shares of 
2 pence each.
