The board of Strontium announces that, at the general meeting of the Company 
held earlier today, the resolution to cancel the admission to trading of the 
Company's ordinary shares on AIM was duly passed. 
 
In accordance with the circular published by the Company on 31 March 2011, 
cancellation of the admission to trading of the Company's ordinary shares on 
AIM will be effective on 28 April 2011.
