Act 1985, that Schroder Investment Management Limited, Schroder Unit Trusts
Limited, Schroder Investment Management North America Limited and Schroders plc,
no longer have a notifiable interest in the ordinary shares of 42.5 pence each
in the Company. (Previous notification 1,276,923 - 10.028% of the issued
shares).
