SiRViS IT plc has been informed that as at 3 September 2007, following the sales
of 4,396,288 shares in the Company, K3 Business Technology Group Plc no longer
has a notifiable interest in the Company.

The Company has also been informed that, following the acquisition of 4,396,000
shares in the Company on 3 September 2007 Southwind Limited has a holding of
4,396,000 shares in SiRViS IT plc representing 3.3% of the Total Voting Rights
in the Company.
