    The reason for the reduction in GLG's holding in Spazio Investment N.V. is connected to the entry into administration of Lehman Brothers
International (Europe) ('LBIE'). A holding of approximately 900K shares held in Spazio Investment N.V. was among those which GLG believes
had been re-hypothecated by LBIE and to which GLG has informed Spazio Investment N.V., GLG is therefore no longer entitled.

    24th  September 2008 - 3.24%

    Decrease from 4,293,534 to 3,402,339
