                SPAZIO INVESTMENT N.V. ANNOUNCES RESULTS OF AGM

Amsterdam, 29 April 2008 - Spazio Investment N.V. announces that at the Annual
General Meeting held today, all resolutions were passed.


Spazio's shareholders approved the payment of a total annual dividend of Euro1.03
per share for the period to 31 December 2007 (of which Euro0.22 related to the
period from 1 January to 30 June 2007 has already been distributed as interim
dividend on 15 October 2007). The dividend will be paid on 30 April 2008 to
shareholders on the register as of 28 March 2008.
