"On Monday 5 October 1998 S.E.A. Multimedia Ltd. ("SEA") issued a press release
dealing with the grant to Mr Barnoach and to Mr Rozov of options over shares in
SEA's subsidiary company Manna Network Technologies ("Manna").  These options
were incorrectly stated as conferring a right to subscribe for new shares in the
latter company.  In fact the options related to existing shares in that company
currently owned by SEA.  If all these options over ordinary shares in Manna are
exercised, SEA will own 63.91% of the diluted share capital of that company."
