Block listing application

Spacelabs Healthcare Inc. (SLAB.L) ("Spacelabs" or the "Company") today
announces that application has been made to AIM, a market of the London Stock
Exchange, for a block listing, of 5,000,000 ordinary shares of par value $0.001
each. The application is in respect of shares to be allotted pursuant to the
exercise of options under the 2005 Equity Participation Plan share option
scheme.
