Result of Extraordinary General Meeting

Sherborne Investors (Guernsey) A Limited (the "Company") is pleased to announce that all of the proposed resolutions were approved by shareholders at the Company's Extraordinary General Meeting held on 11 November 2013 in St Peter Port, Guernsey.

Accordingly, trading in the Company's shares will remain suspended and admission to trading on AIM is anticipated to be cancelled at 8.00 a.m. on 19 November 2013. The Company will today commence a voluntary wind up process to be undertaken by Grant Thornton Limited as liquidator.

It is anticipated that the remaining net assets of the Company, after expenses of liquidation, will be distributed to shareholders of the Company on or around 22 November 2013.
