                           Notice of Interim Results

Speymill Deutsche Immobilien Company plc (AIM: SDIC, SDCC), a pan-German
residential property investment company, will announce its interim results for
the six month period ended 31 December 2007 on Monday, 31 March 2008.

There will be a meeting for analysts at 9.30 a.m. on the day, to be held at

Speymill Deutsche Immobilien Company plc is a pan-German residential property
investment company, which listed on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange
in March 2006, raising �170 million (EPIC: SDIC.L). In May 2007, SDIC raised a
further Euro250 million through a C share placing (EPIC: SDCC.L). The Euro
