The Company was notified on 28 November 2007 that, as of 27 November 2007, QVT
Financial LP, as investment manager for QVT Fund LP, Quintessence Fund LP and an
account managed for Deutsche Bank AG London, was interested in an aggregate
amount of 27,500,000 C shares of EUR0.25 each in the Company ("C Shares"), which
represents 11.00 per cent. of the C Shares in issue.
