                        Appointment of Finance Director 
 
The Directors of Sceptre Leisure are pleased to announce the appointment to the 
Board of Mark White as Finance Director, with effect from 1 May 2010. 
 
Mark White is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Management 
Accountants.  He has worked for the Group since April 2006, and was the Finance 
Director of the Company (then known as Gamingking plc) from October 2006 until 
September 2008.   He has subsequently acted as the Finance Director of 
Lotteryking and other subsidiaries of the Company.  He formerly worked for 
Mencap as part of the senior management team for the eastern region and previous 
to that was Finance Director for Cowells Arrow UK, the UK subsidiary of a 
US-based printing and manufacturing company. 
 
Mark Adrian Franklin White (aged 41) is currently a director of the following 
companies: 
 
Creative Lotteries Limited 
Kelly's Eye (No.1) Limited 
Lotteryking Limited 
MBM Fabrications Limited 
 
Within the last five years Mr White has been a director of the following
