    Warrant Exercise

    River Diamonds today announces that it has issued and allotted 13,333,332 new Ordinary Shares of 0.1p each pursuant to an exercise of
warrants at an exercise price of 1.5p and 3,000,000 new Ordinary Shares of 0.1p each pursuant to an exercise of warrants at an exercise
price of 1p.

    Application will be made for the new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on the AIM Market. The new ordinary shares will rank pari
passu with the existing ordinary shares in the Company and trading of these shares on AIM is expected to commence on 30 May 2008.

    The total number of Ordinary Shares in issue following this warrant exercise and issue of shares is 1,701,488,719.
