In accordance with the requirements of Listing Rule 9.6.11, Rugby Estates 
Investment Trust Plc (the Company) advises of the resignation of Philip Kendall, 
Duncan Watt, Bryan Galan and Richard Midmer from the Board of Directors of the 
Company with effect from 14 May 2010. 
The Company also wishes to announce the appointment of Trevor Ash, Robert 
Sinclair, Roger Lewis and Tjeerd Borstlap as non-executive directors of the 
Company, with effect from 14 May 2010.
