Result of General Meeting

Rubicon Diversified Investments Plc ("Rubicon" or the "Company"; AIM: RUBI) announces that all of the resolutions put to shareholders at the Company's General Meeting held earlier today were duly passed.

The General Meeting was called pursuant to the notice of general meeting posted to shareholders on the 13(th) of June 2012. Further details of the resolutions and the associated transaction are set out in the admission document which is available on the Company's website, www.rubicondiv.co.uk.

Application has been made for the admission of the enlarged issued share capital of the company to trading on AIM, which is expected to occur at 8.00 a.m. on 2 July 2012.
