Grant of warrants


Resmex announces that on 24 April 2006 it granted the following warrants to
subscribe for ordinary shares to directors of the Company:

John Newton                               1,750,000
Robert Annells                            1,500,000
Carl Layden                                 750,000
Susan Wickerson                             750,000


The options are exercisable at a price of 5.5p per share at any time before 24
April 2009.


Also on 24 April 2006, the expiry date of existing warrants held by the
directors (Robert Annells, Carl Layden and Susan Wickeson each hold warrants
exercisable at a price of 1.5p per share over 1,000,000 ordinary shares in the
Company) was extended from 31 March 2008 to 31 March 2009.
