Appointment of Chief Executive Officer and change in registered office

Resmex announces that John Newton was appointed to the board of the Company as
Chief Executive Officer with effect from 10 March 2006. John Newton has a
background in international stockbroking, accounting and corporate finance and
has been a director of a number of quoted companies in Australia and Canada. He
has maintained a continued involvement in the Australian and international
financial sector as an investment adviser and consultant.

The Company also announces that it has changed its registered office to 27
Albemarle Street, London W1S 4DW.
