Director/PDMR Shareholding

Rensburg Aim VCT plc received notification on 3 December 2015 that on the same day, Peter Smart, a Non-Executive Director, sold 29,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the share capital of the Company at a price of 39.16 pence per share. This sale was effected pursuant to the tender offer made by the Company which was announced on 27 October 2015 and took place in London.

Peter Smart now has a beneficial interest in 745 ordinary shares, representing 0.0025 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
