The Company was advised on 15 October 2010 that one director and one PDMR 
purchased on 15 October 2010 shares in the Company under dividend reinvestment 
arrangements in connection with the Company's BAYE scheme at a price of 0.199p 
in respect of the interim dividend for 2010 payable on 8 October 2010 as 
follows: 
 
Rob Olorenshaw - 315 shares 
Steve Carden - 219 shares 
 
Following these purchases, the revised shareholdings and interests of these 
individuals are as follows: 
 
Rob Olorenshaw has an increased holding in the Company of 121,805 Shares, 
representing approximately 0.07% of the issued share capital of the Company. He 
also holds unvested awards over 735,079 shares under the LTIP scheme. 
 
Steve Carden has an increased holding in the Company of 11,055 Shares, 
representing less than 0.01% of the issued share capital of the Company.  He 
also holds unvested awards over 344,553 shares under the LTIP scheme.
