The Company was advised on 12 October 2010 that Rob Olorenshaw, Director, 
purchased on 11 October 2010 780 ordinary 2p shares (Shares) in the Company at a 
price of 21.15p under a dividend reinvestment arrangement with his nominee 
provider. 
 
Following this purchase, Rob Olorenshaw now has an increased holding in the 
Company of 121,490 Shares, representing approximately 0.07% of the issued share 
capital of the Company. He also holds unvested awards over 735,079 shares under
