                         ResponzeTV PLC (the "Company")


    US$3m 6 per cent Convertible Unsecured Loan Notes due 2007 ("Loan Note")


Further to its announcement made on 24 August 2007, the Company announces that
the holder of the Loan Note, DKR Soundshore Oasis Holding Fund Ltd ("Oasis") has
sought repayment of the Loan Note. The Company is currently in discussion with
Oasis on a number of related matters and, as and when appropriate, the Company
will update shareholders on developments.
