                        Total Voting Rights - CORRECTION 
 
On 2 February 2009, Radicle announced that following the admission of the new 
ordinary shares, the Company's issued share capital consisted of 56,673,971 
ordinary shares of 3 pence each. This number is incorrect and should read as 
51,673,971 ordinary shares of 3 pence each, with voting rights. 
 
As such, for the purposes of the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and 
Transparency Rules, the total number of ordinary shares of 3 pence of the 
Company in issue as at the date of this notice is 51,673,971 with each share 
carrying the right to one vote. 
 
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the 
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their 
interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company, under the Disclosure 
and Transparency Rules.
