The Company received a notification today from The Royal Bank of Scotland Group
plc, informing it that, for the purposes of section 208 and 209 of the Act, they
have a notifiable interest in 2,537,540 ordinary shares, representing 4.24% of
the issued share capital of the Company.



The shares are registered in the name of BNY (OCS) Nominees Ltd and Mellon
Nominees UK Ltd.
