Quorum Oil and Gas Technology Fund Limited (LSE:QOGT), an authorised 
closed-ended investment company incorporated in Guernsey, announces the 
following dealings in the Company's ordinary shares ("Ordinary Shares") by a 
director of the Company. 
 
Tom Price, Non-Executive Director of the Company, acquired on 8 October 2010, 
2,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of US$7.10 per share.  Following this 
acquisition, Mr Price has an interest in 3,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 
0.0367% of the Company's issued share capital.
