Total Voting Rights 
 
 As at 31 October 2009, Quorum Oil and Gas Technology Fund Limited's share 
capital consisted of 7,186,709 participating redeemable preference shares and no 
treasury shares. Therefore the total number of voting rights in Quorum Oil and 
Gas Technology Fund Limited was 7,186,709. 
 
 
The above "voting rights" figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator 
for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify 
their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Quorum Oil and Gas 
Technology Fund Limited under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
