                           ("PNC" or "the Company")                            

                        Update on proposed acquisition                         

Further to the announcement on 22 December 2006, the Board today confirms that
the acquisition of Sim4Travel Limited ("S4T") will no longer proceed.

However S4T is currently undertaking a re-organisation in contemplation of an
application to Ofex, as part of which PNC is being issued ordinary shares
representing approximately 11% of the issued ordinary share capital of S4T, in
respect of advisory services as provided by the Company.

PNC continues to look at a number of potential acquisitions with a view to
complementing its existing business.
