                                DIRECTOR DEALING 
 
 
The Company has been informed that Paul Hewitt, Non-executive chairman, has 
transferred 650,080 ordinary shares of 2.5 pence each in Portrait ("Ordinary 
Shares") to a bare trust in relation to which the beneficiaries are Mr. Hewitt's 
children and Mr Hewitt is the trustee. 
 
Following the transfer Mr Hewitt and his related parties are interested in 
650,080 Ordinary Shares representing 0.52% of the issued share capital of the 
Company.
