Resignation of Director

PhotonStar LED Group Plc (AIM: PSL, "PhotonStar" or "the Group"), the British designer and manufacturer of intelligent lighting and building control solutions, announces that Dr Majd Zoorob, the Group's Chief Technology Officer, has resigned from his position on the Group's board with immediate effect in order to pursue other business interests.

The 5,435,456 options over the Group's ordinary shares, which are currently held by Dr Majd Zoorob, will lapse following his resignation.

The Board would like to thank Majd for his input during his time with PhotonStar and wish him well for the future.
