The  Company  has today been notified that  Mr.  PRN  Davey,
Chief  Executive, has transferred 2,612,976 ordinary  shares
of  1p  each  in the capital of the Company into  the  joint
names  of  (1) PRN Davey, (2) DJ Taylor, (3) AJ  Deeley  (as
trustees of the PRN Davey settlement 1999).
