IMPORTANT NOTICE TO THE SHAREHOLDERS OF:

GF International - FTSE China A UCITS ETF

ISIN: LU1508476568

(the "Sub-Fund")

10 February 2020

This notice is to inform you on behalf of the board of directors of the Company (the "Board of Directors") about recent developments in respect of the Sub-Fund in which you hold Shares.

Capitalised terms used in this notice shall have the same meaning ascribed to them in the latest version of the prospectus of the Company (the "Prospectus"), unless the context otherwise requires.

The Board of Directors deems it appropriate to terminate the Sub-Fund because the Net Asset Value of the Sub-Fund has consistently remained too low for the Sub-Fund to be operated in an economically efficient manner.

Consequently, the Board of Directors has resolved to terminate the Sub-Fund with effect from 15 March (the "Termination Date") and to proceed with the compulsory redemption of all outstanding Shares of the Sub-Fund in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Articles of Incorporation and the Prospectus (the "Terminations").

The last Net Asset Value of the Sub-Fund was calculated as of 14 August 2019.

The Sub-Fund is listed on the United Kingdom Listing Authority's Official List and as a result of the Terminations, the Sub-Fund will be de-listed from the Official List with effect from 8.00am on 15 March 2020.
