Planet Payment, Inc.(NASDAQ:PLPM) (LSE:AIM:PPT), a leading provider of international payment and transaction processing and multi-currency processing services, held its 2014 Annual Meeting at 10.00 a.m. New York time today. The Company is pleased to report that all of the resolutions proposed were duly passed and that Mr. Shane Kim and Mr. Carl Williams were duly elected as Class II directors of the Company for a three year term, expiring at the 2017 Annual Meeting.
