   The Board of ProVen Planned Exit VCT plc is pleased to announce the 
payment of a special interim dividend of 35.0 pence per Ordinary Share. 
This takes the total dividends paid to 92.0 pence per Ordinary Share. No 
dividend will be payable on the 'A' Shares. 
 
   The dividend will be paid on 24 March 2016 to shareholders on the 
register as at 11 March 2016. 
 
   This dividend represents the return of excess cash to Ordinary 
Shareholders ahead of a proposed liquidation of the Company. A circular 
recommending the voluntary liquidation of the Company, in line with its 
intended limited life, will be sent to Shareholders shortly.
